Abstract

The sectional classification of Sobralia is discussed, based on a system proposed by Brieger, and f o u r n e w s p e c i e s o f Sobr al i a a r e d e s c r i b e d f r o m P a n a m a a n d C o s t a R i c a , S . c r i s p i s s i m a , S . g l o r i a n a , S. nutans and S. mariannae.
