Abstract
This research has the purpose to carry out a state of the art of formative proposals in the
field of health developed in the city of Medellin, Colombia, between 2000-2006, in the field
of health, aiming at young population in the ambit of non-formal education. This research
followed the hermeneutic approach applied to written text analysis, with a previous design
of a categorical system and data collection, through a documental revision guide designed
to such purpose. The data analysis was realized manually. We obtained as result three educational
emphases in the proposals: preventive/biological, psycho-social and psycho-sociocultural.
