Abstract
This paper points out to analyse the flexibilization process of labor relations carried out in Argentina during the last decade of the past century, its consequences on labor precarization and its significances over the devaluation of the role of labor in the production process. We based this paper on a qualitative research in which we carried out interviews among workers and trade union leaders, as well as a revision of the legislation, collective negotiation acts, and different journalistic data referred to this issue.
