Abstract

This research in the agricultural settlements Bagatzi and Falconiana located in Bagaces canton shows that male children and teenagers have a different vision of the employ of children and teenagers in the plotts`labours because if they work, they feel themselves part of their families and communities, and it is important for the reinforcement of their male identity.
