Abstract
The Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) have a more extended use every day. The ICT’s are technologies whose essence consists of a progressive memorizing, storage, speed, and information and data interpretation and manipulation. The present article analyzes critically how the education based on this kind of knowledge acquires a new and different technological base with the ICT’s which changes deeply the conditions of the production and distribution of knowledge.
