Abstract
This article develops a discussion about the evaluation of contextual elements of social projects within the framework of deliberative democracy. First, diferent ideas and typologies around the evaluation concept are being revised to identify their empirical references. Subsequently, an analitic proposal is elaborated to argue about the relationship between text and context of evaluation. To carry out this layout, ethical and political aspects that go through the practices of evaluation are considered, as well as the posibilities of their fulfillment starting from dialogic practices.
