Abstract
The present work analyses, and proposes, as a consequence, Mounier’s scheme “being before doing” within the so-called personalist action. The importance lies in the fact that if action is thought’s thickness, the fundamental idea is that the existing judgments about thought must be established around acts. In these, the mainstay is the longing for the Absolute. In the educational context the personalist action is linked to the argument “morality is in practice”.
