Abstract

This article summarizes the team work experience of the “Accreditation Commission” of the School of Social Work, during 1998 and 2000. The link between authority and taks accomplishment is particulary studied in this paper. The theoretical analysis is based on Malhiot approaches regarding groups dynamic.
