Insecurity in Quevedo, Ecuador: perceptions, influences and repercussions in everyday life

Abstract

This study investigates the perception of insecurity in Quevedo, Ecuador, utilizing a descriptive statistical analysis. Going beyond mere quantification, this work aims to delve into the intersection of the socio-economic and political-cultural factors that shape such perception. In doing so, the study provides a broad and multifaceted understanding of the perception of insecurity and its influence on the daily lives of the population in Quevedo.
