Abstract
With aging comes a series ofchanges of physiological, psychological and social, ablereduce the ability to perform efficientlydaily living tasks. In this review of literature is a description of these changes,and a compilation of the main effects of thephysical activity on the functional capacity of adultgreater. We analyze the first signs that point totaekwondo as an important alternative to improve performance on tasks of everyday life whilerecommended major guidelines to investigate the issue.Comments
