Abstract

The phenomena of economic globalization, technological development, and competitiveness of the organizations, increasingly accentuated and adapted to the business environment, have required a more extensive vision of the business’ objectives and have resulted in the adoption of new foci in administrative management. This article analyzes the priority axes of managerial decision inside the current business context and its relation with the contemporary methodologies arisen in support of the administrative process, directing the employee towards the creation of value as a major principle to guarantee the success and continuity of the business.
