Abstract

Introduction: This article originates from the project: "Embracing My Process", and the analysis of said socio-educational work through the categories of personal experiences, both of the facilitators and of the participants.

Main objective: Visualize the development of the project from its beginning to its final stage, contemplating the challenges, scope and critical analysis of the journey carried out by the participants and facilitators of the process.

Method and technique: The process was carried out with a qualitative approach, the technique used being socio-educational workshops.

Results: The results of the project are divided into three categories: the analysis of the experiences of the project facilitators, in order to indicate what was learned during the process; the experiences of the women that participated, containing the perception of the different workshops and what was learned from them, as well as the transformations that happened during the process, both at a personal and daily level of the participants, as well as at the educational level of the facilitators.

Conclusion: As a general conclusion, the objectives of the project were satisfactorily met, due to the appropriation of the process by the participants, which allowed reflections to be generated from the daily life of each one of them. Likewise, the relevance and value of productive initiatives for women was made known, since it is a work environment that can be adjusted to their specific care needs, among others.
