Globalidad, modernidad y movimientos sociales: China y Asia Oriental frente al colonialismo europeo (1850-1900)

Abstract

From the point of view of the World Global History, the author of this article analyzes five social disturbances in Asian countries influenced by European imperialistic powers in the XIXth century, in order to establish the relationship between them with regard to international and social processes, imperialistic expansionist processes, and the spread of globalization processes.
