Abstract
The purpose of this document is to present a model of “productive communication” for the microenterprise. For this purpose, organization is understood as a complex system of endogenous and exogenous communication where communication must first of all be productive and based on feedback and on the capacity of microenterprise to produce and understand its own communicational autopoiesis, by describing two theories of communication generated by Abraham Nosnik and Niklas Luhmann.
