Abstract
Decision-making now requires new mapping to understand and efficiently manage democratic governance. This is not necessarily promoted in search of common consensuses and univocal truths but through the promotion of spaces that revalue the agonistic nature of “the political” as an ontological category. This article seeks to contribute to promote new perspectives from what systems theory (Biology) and dissipative systems (Physical) offer for social systems.
