Abstract
This article aims to provide basic elements to be used in the development processassessment of people with autism, the idea is to give meaning to the diagnosis made by professionals,and to develop strategies shared by both teachers (mainly Special Education) aspsychologists and other professionals involved in the work of people with autism, so that they give theimportance sought with teamwork. This article is the first part where it deals with concepts and general aspects of diagnosis, then made reference to specific methods and techniques used in the diagnosis of people with autism.Comments
