Lo indio y lo occidental en La casa y el mundo de Rabindranath Tagore

Abstract

We propose an analysis of the novel The Home and the World, published in 1916 by Bengali writer Rabindranath Tagore, awarded with the Nobel Prize in Literature. The paper combines Cultural Theories with Argumentation Theory in order to explain the processes involved in articulating the Indian/Western identity.
