Abstract
This essay deals with the construction of the rupture of the constitutional pact of alternation in the presidency of the republic, as a result of a new political dynamic that emerged after the coup of June 28, 2009, an open political conjuncture, which has led to a new political crisis and an electoral coup in the context of the elections of November 26, 2017. Citizen mobilizations are also addressed in rejection of the fraudulent re-election of President Juan Orlando Hernández, and the complications he has almost two years after his reelection.
