Abstract
This paper is the second of a series of articles that are a result of a research project about the socio-demographic characteristics of a group of students who entered to the English major in 2010 and 2011 at the Rodrigo Facio campus. This project includes the results of an instrument administered to both populations, and a comparison of both populations about the demographic, academic, work and family characteristics. Finally, several recommendations about both populations and the organizational context are exposed to the administration of the school.
